Between 20:00 - 02:00, the following services will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes during the maintenance window:

- Documents in review
- APIs
- Customer communication
- Customer Service phone line - the IVR self-service will be unavailable. Note, the lost or stolen card line will still be available
- New applications

The following services will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window:
- Debit card - some purchases online or in store may decline due to card authorisations being unavailable.
- Inbound and outbound payments
