Identified - We’ve temporarily suspended Mastercard immediate payouts while we fix an issue. For now, please set up another payout method with your merchant.
Immediate payouts are payments sent directly from a merchant to your Zempler card. These appear as ‘Immediate Payment’ in your transaction history. This includes things like gaming payouts, PayPal payouts and train delay refunds. Your card still works as normal for all other spending & cash withdrawals.
We’ll update our website as soon as this service is back up and running. Thanks for your patience — we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
