Please be aware that we will be carrying out some planned maintenance in the evening of Wednesday 19th, going into the early hours of Thursday 20th. Between 22:00 – 01:00, the following services will be affected:
- Inbound & outbound payments (for up to 30 minutes) - Access to the Bank app, Online Banking and Open Banking (for up to 5 minutes) - Account self-service via our automated customer service phone line (for up to 5 minutes)
Please note, in-store and online purchases and our lost & stolen phone line will still be operational. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
