If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Zempler Bank asking you to transfer your money to a safe account – this is a scam. Criminal organisations are using technology to impersonate the phone numbers that appear in your caller ID to look like a legitimate organisation. We will never call you and ask you to transfer your money to a safe account. If you’re ever contacted by someone claiming to be from Zempler Bank and you’re not sure it is legitimate, please end the phone call, and contact us directly.

Personal information we’ll never ask for – if someone contacts you asking for this, they are a scammer.

- Via email/text/phone:
- Your PIN
- Your Account Number
- Your 16-Digit Card Number or the security code on the back of your card
- Your Online Banking Username or Password
- Any verification code from your Online Banking or Zempler Bank app
- Your SMS One Time Password
